Gym: Strength & Cardio
High Intensity Interval Training classes with an intentional blend of total body strength and cardio movements designed to increase lean muscle mass, heart rate and caloric expenditure. Functional strength and increased cardiovascular output over injury risk is our goal here. Expect to see deadballs, heavy ropes, sled pushes, kettlebells, dumbbells and cardio machines in this class. This class is great for intermediate/advanced fitness levels and has a high degree of intensity and jumping/joint impact.

Gym: Strength & Power
Movement based strength and power class with the focus of improving usable joint mobility, stability, power and movement patterns through the strengthening of movement demands and patterns. The goal is to improve performance in life and sport through increasing overall strength, power and total body function. You’ll use bands, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, TRX, medicine balls, and weighted sleds in this class. This class is great for all fitness levels.

GYM: Row Club
Rowing is a fantastic exercise for performance because it works multiple muscle groups at once, improving both cardiovascular endurance and overall muscular strength. This translates to better performance across all fitness mediums by enhancing the ability to sustain effort and deliver powerful bursts of energy.

GYM: DYNAMIC STRENGTH
This class is designed to build fundamentals of movement in a dynamic level of strength. Using mostly kettlebells, among other tools, individuals will develop quality movement patterns and then challenge them with load. Putting time into learning kettlebell ballistics and the Turkish Get Up will be the building blocks for a dynamic and practical strength. A practical and dynamic strength will help individuals live a strong, healthy, and active life outside of the gym space.

Fundamentals of Strength Training and Movements is meticulously crafted to prioritize proper technique and precise movement patterns, mitigating the risk of injury. Through hands-on instruction and targeted exercises, participants will master fundamental movements essential for safe and effective strength training. Ideal for beginners and seasoned athletes alike, this class is your gateway to injury-free, optimized performance.

PILATES: INTRO TO PILATES (LEVEL .5)
Are you new to Pilates or need a refresher? If you answered yes, this is the class for you!
Begin your Pilates Reformer journey here! This introductory class focuses on learning all about the reformer and how it operates, the names and parts of the machine and mastering the fundamental techniques that are essential to build your foundation before you advance to a level 1 class.

Pilates: Strength And Core (Level 1.0)
Our entry level reformer class is the initial way to experience Pilates in a safe and effective way while building your solid foundation.
****This class is a 4 week series with the initial focus being on the mat learning the fundamentals, form, alignment and the breath patterns with an introduction to the reformer. We STRONGLY encourage you to attend weekly as each week is progressive!
Learning the basics is essential to prepare for more challenging classes, this will help you get the maximum benefits from your workout before you advance. We believe that Pilates is for every BODY so this class is ideal for all fitness levels especially those just getting started.
The programming is easily modified for those with physical limitations, and focuses on overall body awareness.

Pilates: Strength and Core (Level 1.5)
Instructor APPROVAL REQUIRED!
Pilates: Strength and Core is an intermediate level full body all apparatus class focused on enhancing your core strength and overall stability and strength.
Guided by our expert instructors, you'll experience a series of fluid movements and precise exercises designed to target specific muscle groups. Utilizing the resistance of the reformer machine, and other apparatuses you'll engage your core, improve posture, and build long, lean muscles.
This class offers a dynamic and effective full body workout that will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced and revitalized. Join us to sculpt your body and unleash your full potential.

Pilates: Strength And Core (All Levels)
Experience a challenging and rewarding Pilates Reformer class designed for all levels, from beginners (1.0) to more advanced enthusiasts (1.5).
Whether someone is a beginner or at an intermediate level, this class is designed to meet people where they are at. It provides modifications for less or more challenging movements, depending on the needs of each individual.

Barre: Strength & Core
Barre: Strength and Core is a dynamic fitness class designed to sculpt and strengthen your body from head to toe. Combining elements of ballet, Pilates, and traditional strength training, this energizing workout targets your muscles with precise movements and controlled isometric holds.
Through a series of challenging exercises performed at the ballet barre and on the mat, you'll engage your core, improve your posture, and build long, lean muscles. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned fitness enthusiast, join us for a class that will leave you feeling empowered, toned, and ready to conquer any challenge.

Breathwork: Calming
The breath is the common language between the mind and body - it’s one of the only features of the autonomic nervous system that we can take under our conscious control. Purposefully and intentionally altering our breath can increase recovery and performance, improve how we respond to everyday stressors, reduce pain and inflammation, and change our state of mind. This class is an amazing recovery tool and is great for any participant.

Ballet - "Art Meets Athletics"
Ballet Training targets and uses muscles that are not used in other fitness programs. These exercises are designed to target and define the sleek "ballet muscles" for every body type. There is NO dancing involved, rather this exercise class will stretch and strengthen your body with very little impact. Ballet exercises build deep core muscles that are key to building a dancers strong center of balance.
Our ballet classes include the following formats:
- Ballet Beginners: Develop your initial understanding of terminology, steps and movement building blocks to grow from utilizing the barre.
- Ballet Intermediate: Enhance your basic technique and start to expand both terminology and movement complexity with arms, legs and off barre exercises.
- Ballet Advanced: Expanded terminology and technical challenges. It is required that students are well versed in ballet terms as the pace of the class moves quicker than the intermediate class with longer exercises, more steps and off barre time.

Yoga: Stretch & Flex
This yoga class will link movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body by sequencing poses in a continuous flow creating long, lean and healthy muscle adaptation. This class is great for all fitness levels. *Bringing your own yoga mat is recommended but not required.

RELEASE & RESTORE
Experience the benefits of reducing muscle soreness and regenerating the body. In this class we'll use foam rolling, trigger point balls, dynamic and static stretching to facilitate myofascial release used for lengthening and stretching the tissues to repair muscles and joints.
Designed and programmed to reduce muscle soreness, increase performance, regenerate the body and ultimately reduce the risk of injury. The class that everyone needs but nobody wants to take the time to do!
