Intake assessment

We take a different approach to helping people succeed long term. We don’t just throw you into classes and hope for the best—we assess where you are today, understand your goals, and build a plan designed around you.

Start
strong

From there, we’ll coordinate your first three classes so you can experience our coaches, community, and training styles firsthand—then recommend the membership or training path that best fits your goals, abilities, and budget.

Intake assessment

Your in-depth, 75-minute Intake Assessment includes:

  • InBody Composition Testing
    In-depth report on lean mass, fat mass, hydration, inflammation, cellular health and baseline strength metrics

  • Foundation Movement Screen
    Identify your movement patterns, compensations, and opportunities to reduce injury risk

  • Bodyweight Strength Testing
    Understand your current total-body strength capabilities and identify the areas you need to prioritize for strength development

  • Goal Setting and Lifestyle Review
    Motivation, nutrition habits, recovery strategies, and what success looks like for you
